ACCOMMODATION
		The farmhouse is extremely comfortable and the Guest accommodation is for up to 8 people and is completely self-contained on the ground floor. Entrance is through the main double doors at the front of the farmhouse, which faces south, into a spacious and comfortable living room and dining area. There are 2 large comfortable couches, together with additional seating, facing spectacular views of Todi and the surrounding fields and forests. The antique, solid oak dining table will easily accommodate 8 people or you may wish to eat 'al fresco' on the terrace. The kitchen area is fully equipped and contains a dishwasher, fridge, freezer, cooker, microwave, and toaster, together with all the accoutrements that you may require during your stay.

Bedrooms	1 en-suite double bedroom containing 1 double bed and 1 single bed, 2 double bedrooms, and 1 twin bedroom. A cot can also be made available on request.
Bathrooms	2 bathrooms (1 en-suite), both of which have a shower, wash hands basin, bidet and lavatory.
Features	Satellite TV and DVD player, video, stereo, books and indoor and outdoor games may be borrowed from an extensive library.
Facilities	Swimming Pool. For water sports Lake Trasimeno is 30 minutes away by car. Barbecue.
