TODI
is a beautiful medieval walled town
which has a wealth of history wrapped up in it and has been consistently
voted the world's most livable-in town. It contains several beautiful
churches and the main piazza usually has a market or an occasional
antique fair at the weekend, the most famous of which is held in April,
and in August/September there is a national crafts fair. There are
several excellent restaurants in Todi itself and the surrounding area.

ASSISI
the home of St. Francis, is Umbria's most famous town and one of it's
loveliest. It has wonderful architecture and many beautiful churches
containing 13th and 14th century frescoes.
